Maridex E. Abraham joined Hanlon Law Group, P.C. in June 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Abraham was an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in Beverly Hills, working with diverse clients in both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Prior to that, Ms. Abraham worked as a compliance officer at the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Ms. Abraham has experience in family-based (I-130, I-485, N-400 applications), humanitarian-based (VAWAs, U visas, asylum applications) and employment-based (H-1B, O-1, L-1A, E-2 visas) immigration matters.
Ms. Abraham is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.). While in law school, Ms. Abraham was a law clerk for immigration law firms in the Twin Cities. Ms. Abraham attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Communication Arts and certificate in Asian American Studies. Ms. Abraham is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the California Board of Legal Specialization.
